The best physical therapy on the island. Tim, Wessel, Jolene and their partners are extremely knowledgeable and really know how to take great care of you. You always receive one-on-one treatment, everyone is very nice, and their office is spacious and very well located, with plenty of free parking at Ala Moana Shopping Center. Highly recommended.

Great people. Really caring. Very knowledgeable. I recommend them every time someone I know gets injured. I am very active and apparently a little delicate. I have been to Hands on for 5 different issues in the last 10 years. They are excellent! They helped me to fix myself every time. If you have an injury that can be healed with p t, these are the people to see!
Hands On Physical Therapy is as the name implies, hands on. They were recommended to me by two friends with very high regard. I've been struggling with a knee injury/problem for several months. MRI was negative, so surgery was not indicated. Tim has been working with me and my knee is improving slowly. He has also given me valuable information on how the knee works and what he believes I need to do to rehab my knee. His hands on care during my one hour sessions have been very helpful. I've worked in health care for over 30 years and the professionalism he brings to every session is unsurpassed. Having had PT previously, I know all physical therapy clinics are not created equal. Your physician may not know if a clinic is good or bad. Mine didn't. Would recommend Hands On without reservation.
