The worst service. Waited two hours they skipped my appointment while after I checked in on time. They never questioned why I was still sitting in the waiting area. I had to ask if they passed me and the response I got was "oh sorry". Even after knowing they made a mistake I was still the last in queue. To make matters worst they were supposed to send my prescription to longs. Longs called the doctor about the prescription and he did not return their call. I am still without my medication and no one called me to let tell me I had no medication, I had to go down to Longs to find out. It's Saturday today and queens hawaii kai is closed for the weekend and Monday is a holiday. All I can say is customer service and patient care is last priority and money is first. Do yourself a favor and find another place to get care.
Poor service. Wife saw M.D. two weeks ago; sent for tests at DLI. No follow-up, no report; no call back, no results. Dead Silence even after she contacted them several times. Will be instructing my insurance company NOT TO PAY THE BILL.
