Amazing staff and doctors and nurses. I had to change clinic though because referals never worked!! More than 3 months and non of the specialists(more than one) ever called back
I cannot get them to successfully send a referral and I have to keep bugging them about it every step of the way. Whoever answers the phone is totally clueless or just doesn't care. Initially they said they would call me back once they found a specialist covered under my insurance. I waited a day and called to check. The woman answering the phone said they were still waiting for authorization from my insurance. I told her I had a ppo so they did not need to authorize it, then she said, oh, then were still looking for a specialist then. I finally just found one myself and gave them the info to send the referral. They said ok, we'll send. I called the specialist the next day and they still had not sent it! At this point I am still trying to get them to send it. Don't go here.

Dr. Li and Staff are incredably professional and capable. I came in with a defective crown having fallen off and they subsequently made and installed a sculpted, gold crown in its place on one of my back and out of sight molars; it is a true work of art and feels completely naturally. It was a great experience and I could not be more happy. I highly recommend them to anyone.
