Excellent Product: In addition to the bulk rice, starting at five pound bags, one can buy a sampler consisting of three one-pound bags of the rice (milled to specification, e.g. 0% - aka brown rice, 10%, 50% or white) in a cardboard box with a nice ribbon, etc. for $19 (at current prices) plus tax. One can even specify the variety of rice to be milled: currently the offerings include Hokkaido Yumepirika, Hokkaido Nanatsuboshi, and Nagano Koshikari.
Milled to order rice is amazing. A must try!
