Sorry, but this place kinda sucks. First the location is a bit dodgy, located on a back street with quite a bit of traffic. The entrance and seating is dingy and greasy...seems like they don't clean up much. I got the Chicken curry....which was terrible. Very salty and the rice on the bottom was all wet with watery curry sauce. Definitely not a place to take your girlfriend. Also, I found this under "natural" foods. I think they may source food locally, that's what they say...but I doubt it. It seems like the chicken was cheap farmed stuff...overall: nothing special. Pass on this one.
I'm so glad Ruffage is still there! Visited way back in 2001 and had the world's best tuna sandwich after a day of snorkeling Hanauma Bay. I just came across the business card I picked up that day and decided to look them up. Good on you, Ruffage! I have recommend you to anyone I hear is headed to Oahu and looking for a perfect beach day, light and healthy, amazingly delicious lunch. Hope to visit you again in 2018.
Good old fashioned health food. The acai bowls are good but sometimes too frozen to eat quickly.
They do have vegetarian dishes and seafood. I would go back and try the other vegan items on the menu.
Just ate their tofu and avocado sandwich which wasn't too bad and price it's okay.
Good veggie and vegan food. Basic and affordable healthy food. Good for cheap and quick eats. Have good breakfasts as well.
Service is super quick too!
