I HIGHLY recommend for you to NOT SHOP or spend your money at this store. I spent over 5,000 dollars on a couch and was treated very rudely by their staff and manager. I waited for over three months to get this couch and when it arrived the daybed was on the wrong side. I had sheet from pacific home which showed that they highlighted the correct information but placed the order wrong. When I called to talk to someone about the issue the manager was extremely rude and talked down to me the entire time. She said the best that she could do for me was to wait another 3 months for the couch to arrive or for me to take the floor model which was already chipped and scratched according to her workers. I felt like I was forced to take the couch that they brought because she would not refund me my money either. This is the first time I spent this amount of money on a couch and I was expecting high quality furniture and staff and I got neither. Do not even bother stopping in this store.
