I liked some of the items they had and decided to buy them. Aaron seemed really nice and helpful and all....but he is just a lair who does anything to have his sale. First time we were looking around, he offered us 10% discount. Second time we came back for an actual purchase, he only gave us 5% discount.
I would never ever recommend this place to anyone, even if you see something you like. They have no return policy, or refund for the item you haven't even received. For all I know, they are bunch of liars and you could be waiting for your shipment for a year and not get your money back.

No complaints, i went in told them what i was looking for and they helped greatly. He walked me through every bedroom set and mattress, told me to take my time and test out every mattress, checked on me every few mins and answered my questions, making sure everything i asked about was in stock or available. I was able to order the bedroom set i wanted. Hasn't been delivered yet but great experience so far.
Another item was in stock so I went to pick up at their warehouse. We had a scheduled date. Well I showed up at 10:10am and the place was locked up. I called the company and the same receptionist told me they would be there in 5 min.....because they were doing another delivery. I ended up waiting 30 min for them and they showed up with a jet ski in the back of their pick up truck. Sure they were making another delivery. I got no sorry from them either.
One of the pieces was out of stock but he said 6 of them were already ready to ship out of LA. So it would take less than 4 weeks instead 6-8weeks. 4 weeks came around and I called the company to find out what was going with my order, the receptionist told me it hasn't left LA. I told her Aaron told us 4 weeks, she got very rude and said that she always tells customer 6-8weeks. So I told her that's not what Aaron told us. Then she went back saying she always says 4-6weeks. I got no sorry from her that we haven't received our order like promised, but instead her nasty attitude. I really don't care what she tells customers, but we were told 4 weeks by him so that's all it matters. She told me Aaron was going to call us next day....of course no call. Guess what, it has been more than 8 weeks now and it hasn't even left LA. So her insisting 6-8weeks failed as well.

I ordered a toy chest from them. They said it would be here in about six weeks. I didn't hear anything from them, so I called at 5 weeks at which point they told me up to 8 weeks and that they had delayed placing the order a week. At 6 plus weeks I called and they told me they'd call me on "Friday." That never happened and I called them back the Wednesday after. They then told me that the order will arrive in California at the end of the month and will take another 2 weeks after that to arrive in Hawaii. I asked for my money back and they told me all sales final and that they actually have 90 days. Well if you have 90 days why don't you say that rather than saying "Oh 6 weeks. Oh 8 weeks. Oh 10 weeks" never shopping there ever again. Find yourself a better furniture store.
