So far, I've called 3 times in a row and no call backs, service, support or help. Emailed them twice and they kept putting me on hold to check their useless email. These people don't seem professional. This review is right now! Maybe if they were more customer service oriented, they would have my business, but so far, I'll take my refrigeration needs elsewhere. I'll be calling the company that contracts with them to ask them to not include Burney's on their service list for the island. They just lost thousands in potential sales from me. Too bad Burney's!
This place fixed a microwave under warranty for me, turnaround time was a few days, but it's worked great since.
