Bought a lot of furniture and decor from here. Been happy with most, but beware some items are VERY overpriced, for the quality!
Delivery was a nightmare. They inform their customers of the 2 hour window for delivery through an automated message, where they provide a call back number to ask to reschedule, but it's read really fast and not repeated so even if you're ready for it it's virtually impossible to write down. I requested a morning delivery but in three scheduling attempts they consistently gave windows starting at 3:30 or 4 PM. When rescheduling is necessary they apparently put you at the back of the queue (meaning another delay of 2-4 days, and they just throw you back in their algorithm where you get the same time that didn't work the first time, and the same BS automated notification). I decided to just go with the second delivery attempt time just to make my wife happy, but they showed up early with no warning, and said they're not allowed to wait more than 15 minutes (I was about 20 minutes away). On the third attempt, I insisted that they give me 30 minute warning before they showed up. They called me 2 hours before the start of the delivery window and said they'd be at my house in 30 - 40 minutes so I dropped what I was doing and biked my ass home (elevation gain of about 400 ft in the heat of early afternoon), only to be kept waiting the better part of 2 hours. These guys are not just unprofessional, they are total assholes. Ordinarily I would never *not* tip a blue collar worker doing any kind of manual service, but these guys are the poster children for anyone that insists that the working poor can only blame themselves for income inequality. I was furious when I thought the delivery was "free" (built into the exhorbitant price of the furniture), then I learned my wife paid $110 for delivery when I would have saved a bundle of time and money just moving it myself.
Furniture was excellent quality. Service was impeccable. Delivery was on time and efficient. Some minor spot a few weeks after delivery got prompt attention and was fixed. Best of all, the prices were just right for the quality with many volume discounts given. Could not be happier.
