Poor customer service. An embarrassing reflection on the Zara image. Purchased two tops $50.00 total and asked for two separate paper bags. Would not give an extra bag per their "corporate policy" - one paper bag per customer as store manager ruled out. Never experienced this situation before as we shopped here many times prior. Aja and Candice were very argumentative and so defensive - it was quite an embarrassing situation as a loyal customer. Candice the Store manager made me return my items that I just purchased not even 10 minutes ago so I can buy back the two items to have two Zara paper bags (small size). Ridiculous isn't it!

Very unprofessional customer service. As being Zara customer for over 20 years in Europe and New York today I experienced very un polite manager Casey with her staff. It ruined image of Zara. I will NEVER walk in Ala Moana Zara store again.
