Originally went in to have a look without the intent to buy a wallet, but Alex was so friendly and they happened to have a 20% off sale so I bought it in no time. He was very kind and patient and very knowledgeable - was able to provide accurate details and quickly priced the items. The store layout is gorgeous and although I live in Sydney, I received a thank you card about 4 weeks later which I was really surprised and flattered to see.
