Really bad customer service. Wasn't greeted by anyone when we entered. Then a woman with a large tattoo on her upper back came out of the back of the store. She was rude, constantly looking around as if I wasn't worth the time of day and smelled like cigarettes. My wife and myself left and went to Chanel where we felt welcomed and made our wedding anniversary purchase.
Wow...just walked in with my wife and was completely ignored by the staff for 10 mins....it was like we were invisible....and they were not busy either..

Bad customer service!!!!!!!! Very rude!!!! Just because my wife and i wer just wearing shorts, slippers and a tank top doesnt mean we dont have the money to buy anything at this store!!!!!!!! Boycott PRADA!!!!! VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!! not unlike LV, D&G very good customer service. 0 STAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
