One of the better ones. Staff are friendly and the food is better than the average.
Food is much improved lately - could have a light supper here.
The food selections are good and varied. The staff is friendly and attentive. The furniture is ungodly uncomfortable. Not exactly what my back needs prior to embarking on an 8-hour flight home.
Still a United product...which has miles to go in terms of staff attitude and food/product quality.
We arrived at the Honolulu airport for a 7:55am flight, upon arrival we were told our flight would be delayed by 5 hours. We checked in and proceeded through security thinking that we could go to the United club to spend the 5 hours before this delayed flight would leave. We walked in and presented the lady with our boarding passes and my husband gave her his military i.d. She looked at our boarding passes and said "Oh you are on that flight. Well, even with a military i.d. it is only good for the active duty member and each person would be $59 each but since we have are crowded with passengers fro. Yoyr delayed flight we can't even do that." So we are left wandering the airport. By the time we leave we will habe been here 7 hours and all the airline gave us as compensation was $40 in vouchers. So much fun with. 10 yr old and 5 yr old in tow.
First class domestic does not include club pass! The best ticket you can buy to Houston is not good enough!
