What a great hidden place. Great pricing. They have an infinity pool with the view to the ocean, so so amazing. Our bartender gave the BEST SERVICE. Ian was the best best bartender. He gave suggestions on food places, snorkeling, everything!!! The environment here is amazing. Definitely check this spot out!!
Staff is great and the facility is good. The washrooms however needed to be renovated about 10 years ago. For the location it's actually kinda sad. So it's like upscale but don't look too hard. Hopefully they renovate soon.
My experience with this place was poor. We only had one night at Waikiki, so planned carefully all the timings for all the spots. We came to RumFire at 12:30 am as the closing time for this place was 1:30 am. We were hopping to spend there 30 - 45 minutes to get a round of drinks on the beach and move to the next place. When we showed up (12:30 am) we were told that they are not letting anyone in, because they have to close at 1:30 am and get everyone out. Why on earth would you than advertise you working hours until 1:30 am, this is ridiculous, this is just a waste of other people time. Very upset about this... Not returning here again.
A great place with live music and a beautiful beachfront setting. I always end my Hawaii trips with a bottle of champagne here. You can watch the sunset, have great food with excellent service and the setting is so romantic. I would recommend this resturaunt to anyone.
We ate here only once for lunch during our 3 day stay here. Service was adequate. The food was not up to the price or hype. We each had the fish tacos, grilled and breaded. Both seemed overcooked and bland. The suggested appetizer of garlic fries was merely fries with dried garlic flakes on top. I would suggest leaving the hotel and going to the food court next door for better tacos at half the price...you'll only be missing the ocean view.
