10-day stay. Hotel is one street removed from the beach with beach access at the Duke's statue in Waikiki. Valet parking only. Staff in the little gift shop inside are very nice and helpful! Have me great insight on local coffee brands. Service at the restaurant inside the hotel was fun and entertaining, all while providing good service. I also ordered room service the night I arrived (after 22hrs of flights). Good arrived in a timely manner was at perfect temperatures and allowed me to immediately crash for the night ;) Pool and bar was a nice retreat from the sand of the beach. I also booked a tour using the services in the main lobby. I would stay again. Mahalo!
This hotel is an absolute gem! Not only were the room spacious, but the staff was extremely kind and courteous. The amenities were endless from a 24 hour bar downstairs, around the clock room service, an open bar by the poolside and a relaxing jacuzzi tube. For anyone traveling to the Waikiki area please stay at this hotel. Not only is the cost very reasonable you are extremely close to the beach! I chose the ocean view room for a few extra dollars more. Wow! What a view. Book ahead so you can get the good deals. I promise you won’t be disappointed.
Amazing service and amazing staff. They were able to let us check in at 7am due to our plane changing times which was unexpected but wonderful. Great great hospitality, clean and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
I quite enjoyed my time here, the hotel is well located, extremely comfortable including all the amenities you expect to have. Onsite food options were good for the most part, staff friendly and very accommodating. Room size was adequate, not very large, pool area however was small and the gym too wasn't large but very adequate to my needs. Great hotel for business trips as well as leisure. Planning tours was also very easy and I was able to do and see everything I'd wanted.
Clean and modern hotel. The mountain and ocean view rooms have a real nice view. Not sure about the lower levels though. The pool is nothing extraordinary but does it job and has everything you need. I liked the location of the hotel very much. It is close to the beach and the center of Waikiki but also very quiet and not that crowded. The bars and restaurants are very good as well. All together makes this the perfect hotel for me when staying in Waikiki.
