I honestly love the parasailing part. One girl purse flew into the water and the guy jumped into the water to get it for her. The reason I docked one point off is that we bought and SD card for pictures, in the end we got another couple SD card. Called them back and told them we can come in Saturday since they told us to bring the SD card back but they said Saturday is their break and told us Sunday. We didn't know when we would be in Honolulu so we said we will stop by since we leave to the airport Sunday evening. Now we are here and no one was at the booth and I still don't have my pictures I paid for 35 dollars for. The guys on the boat were nice and friendly but the guy that I called who answered had rude phone manners as if he didn't want to talk to you. I understand that you have to sit in that hot booth but the vibe I got was an unpleasant conversation without thank you or have a good day. I just think we all deserve good phone manners no matter who you are. If you are giving service then that's how it should be.
Terrible. Bought a Groupon and magically the day before our reservation the boat broke down and took more than 4 days to fix. By that time we had left. How is it you only have one boat to use? And how does it take that long to fix? If you actually only run one boat wouldn't you want it fixed quickly since it is your only source of revenue? They were not professional about it either and we're quite rude and seemed annoyed I called each day to check up on the boat's status. If you have a Groupon don't expect much from them.
If you haven't tried parasailing yet, you should. It is an amazing experience that everyone should try.
used a Groupon without any problems. Excellent service and super fun. We took our own goPro so didn't ask for photos. Took off a star only because we were in air for a little under 5mins and it was suppose to be 6-8mins... I wasn't timing it on purpose but looked at my GoPro recording and it was only 5mins
A lot of fun! I can only speak on behalf of the parasailing experience. As far as that, the crew members are very knowledgeable and they make you feel safe. The boats are well kept and the equipment for parasailing is top notch. Even if you're scared of heights or the water you should definitely try parasailing with a trustworthy water sport company like this one.
