Rooms are a bit dated, but the location is amazing. All of the staff was very helpful. Convenient convenience store downstairs. Concierge made booking trips easy.
Rooms are really small. I feel like I have to be a contortionist to get into the bathroom and bedroom. The decor is really old. Though the staff have all been very nice.
Good location. There is a member's lounge up on the 26th floor. On the balcony, you can watch the beautiful sunset, that is if there isn't any cloud cover on the west. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The only one thing that we didn't expected was the bathroom in our suite was a bit small, and bathtub was wobbling when we stood in the middle of the tub. It felt like plastic. Other than that, it was OK.
Great location, with many nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Room we are in is a bit dated, but decent. There is an owners lounge on the 26 floor with a pool table and TV...be sure to grab a bottle of wine from the ABC store on the first level and enjoy the view!
Great location in Waikiki. The hotel is really close to the beach and to the main street with all stores and restaurants. Room was okay but bathroom requires some upgrades. Also our romm was not ready on time ( 1 hour after check in time) and hotel did not offer any discount for their delay. Quick valet parkong service.
