The burger at Basalt was excellent! Good coffee, great service, reasonable prices.
Great ambiance. A mini food court that's not at a mall! There's a bakery, coffee shop, bar, grocery store and hamburger joint.
The other spots in the market look delicious, too.
I’ll be back! I’ve only tried one thing—the Loco Moco bowl from Ono’s. It was good, but it was a slightly upscale version of what didn’t really need to be made upscale.
Prices were a little high for the quantity of food, great quality just 30% too small, left hungry after a main course and 2 drinks, wallet was $100 lighter too. A ground level eatery competing with the 4.5 to 5 star eateries on the top floor of the new international marketplace. Ambience was nowhere near the same with a giant refrigeration unit growling 30' away, plus the public looking over your shoulder. Good little liquor store inside.
Had some guava iced tea with it, which was delicious, but it said $4 on the menu and I was charged $5.
Great place for light groceries and then happy hour at Basalt. Do bar was good. Options include Ono Burger and Pizza. Check it out.
