Response to the owner: Oh really? Ok. First of all, I requested to inspect the vehicle, I notified Vinny that we weren't able to come in & then we couldn't come in bc of car troubles. Tried to reschedule, but he never got back to me. From June 19th, NO COMMUNICATION. You guys claimed to have tried to reach me, but I have the emails where I was the only one trying to reach your rep. Once again, your rep FAILED to mention anything about point A to point B . In the email, I have mentioned I wanted the vehicle from 4:30-5:30 & your employee did not bring it to my attention that you guys do NOT go by the hour. If that was the case, I would have reserved with a different company. Haha, wow! You now want to bill me because I left a negative review? Is this the kind of business you're running? Sad. I'm expressing my first amendment; freedom of speech. I am very upset & distressed of how we were treated on our special day.I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I had gone through, to be left stranded on what was supposed to be an amazing day for me and my husband. Tensions run high when a driver deserts the newlywed couple on their wedding day. As if we can do as we wish? That is not even it! Any human being would be angry & agitated after pulling that! You should be the last to comment about poor character! What you/your driver did was POOR of character & highly unprofessional. Oh, and why did you remove my cousin's review? Will you be billing her too?

Weeks before the wedding I was talking to their representative, good communication flow until the week of the wedding he wasn't returning any of my messages so I decided to call him the night before the wedding to confirm and I squashed it all after he had booked it. I reserved the car for an hour, 4:30-5:30.

Our driver arrives on time, but we're not done with our pictures yet. The driver proceeds to inform my husband that we have 2 minutes to get to the car or he's dipping. As we were heading to the car, our photographer wanted to take one more picture took 5 seconds and as we are about to come out... the car is gone. The driver took off!!!! First of all, who does that to a newlywed couple on their wedding day?!?!?! I highly do NOT recommend this company! Highly unprofessional, and they didn't even try to work with us. Very lucky my family didn't give you lickings!! No Aloha spirit!!! Again, DO NOT BOOK WITH XS LIMOUSINE!!!!
