i feel that they target small business's for selective enforcement and extra long / extensive searching of inventory containers at arrivial.. i think they understand small biz's don't have a legal team to push back like say a walmart does.. so as usual the little guy pays the price for delayed shipments and extra port handling charges.. i'm starting to feel large multi-national corporations own the US customs and port authority.. it's like they are the Mafia.. pay to play should not be tolerated
