Only thing that ruined my visit (05/03/16) to this office is the @ssh0le (for lack of words) security guard (taller/bigger of the 2 guards).
Very easy to book online, many dates available unlike other states(couple months out, buthere less than a month!! sometimes same week). Less than one hour wait from your scheduled time. Only few people so wait isn't long. People are nicer. Cheap parking right across the building
It is a small office located on the fourth floor. Security check is quite thorough and customers need to remove shoes for scanning. Very quick service!

This is the authorised biometrics and picture center for Canada visa application in Honolulu. I went there last week to get that done. The lady in the front desk was very helpful but she had no clue what I'm talking about. Eventually I had to make an appointment for following week with 'infopass' just to talk to other officials. It was frustrating. Infopass had nothing to do with Canada visa application. This week I went again and as soon as I told the receptionist what i needed, she directed me to the right room. The process took 10 minutes to complete. I waa happy but at the same time I regret that I lost one week just because the front desk person last week was not knowledgeable about the services provided.
He's the first person that people see when visiting this office and his attitude just ruins everyone's day. He talked to the people in front of me (security check line) in a degrading manner (just like he is the only one that speaks English). And when my turn came, his tone & attitude didn't change. I didn't expect him to act in a professional manner (since he is just a security guard), but to degrade those people that had hard time understanding him was just uncalled for. Where is the ALOHA?
But that did not ruin my whole visit in this office since the rest of the employees that worked in that office were very helpful. They went above my expectation in helping me during my biometrics appointment. This would have been a 5-star review but due to that security guard, it is what it is.
