My wife placed an order with this company for a vase for her father's grave over a year ago, 2/2016. Everytime my wife would call to follow up, the owner would litteraly complain and grumble that he doesn't have a secretary and he lost one of his workers. He would always ask my wife to resend the order information. A few months ago he finally called, stating that the vase was complete and he was just waiting for one last thing. Today, 4/24/17, I decided to call and at first he said that he didn't recall us ordering anything (WHAT!?!?), then he told me that he may have sold it to a walk-in customer(ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!). NOT A GOOD THING TO SAY TO A CUSTOMER IN OUR SHOES! He then asked me to send the order information YET AGAIN! I kept my cool and I just forwarded the same email again and will follow up IN PERSON at his shop. It's very unfortunate that this is the only company in Hawaii which makes these types of vases.
