Single worst place I've ever had to go in relation to the military, id prefer the commissary on payday then to ever need to go to this psd again
They’re great at not answering the phone or returning phone calls. 5 stars for that.
They use TOPS as an excuse to not do their job. They have poor customer service and are unwilling to help in any fashion. I would not go there unless I absolutely had to. Wait until you are back on the mainland.
I served 20 years in the Navy and retired as a YNC(SS). Out of those 20 years, this PSD ranks as THE WORST PSD I've have ever had the displeasure of having to work with. Phones are never answered and reach a voicemail box that is full. Emails are never returned or answered. Documents submitted in TOPS are deleted or closed out without notification to commands. I could keep going, but the bottom line is that unfortunately for Sailors, they have no choice but to use this dysfunctional PSD.
Everytime I call the phone goes to a machine that says to check your voicemail press this. Never can speak to a real person. Could you maybe post a phone number that actually works?
