You can't blame the building for bad, old, unreasonable neighbors. Our 2 years living here we were always happy with the buildings attentiveness and diplomacy.
Safe, clean near town & Aiea/Pearl City and has great amenities: pool/jacuzzi/bbq grills/security/secured parking/lanai/only 2 units on each floor...2bd./2ba. For under $2000? My friends live here with their dog and it's amazing!

A really nice building. Well maintained and kept up. The staff really puts in the effort to keep property values up. Recent Green projects and cost cutting measures will mean a maintenance fee reduction in 2014.
