This guy never picks up his phone. And when he does, he's full of empty promises. Rude, Arrogant, and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Samuri Professional were suppose to clean out my carpet and clean my house. I left and came back to find that all they did was vacumm the carpet and wipe down the counter. They sweep or mob the floor, they didn't sweep the closet or cabinet. The guy threw water on the carpet to make it look like he acutally clean it, but the carpet was still dirty as I have left it. He acutally put three stain on my carpet and said it was a burn that was already there. I have to hire another company to come and clean up his mess. The stain that he said was a burn was not a burn but a stain that the other company was able to get it off like it's nothing. I know Samuari Professional didn't clean my carpet at all, because when your carpet get clean, you can see the carpet get flat/outline from the carpet cleaner. I didn't even see anything at like that. When I walk through the whole place, 90 percent of the area was dry and the only spot by the door way was wet. He said he just got done when I got there, but I know it couldn't have dried up that fast. The carpet look unstirved and the same dirt and stain was still there. The new company that I have hired after clean out the stain and dirt with no problem. It was just a normal cleaning for them. They didn't even use any stain removal on my carpet except for the three stain marks left by Samuari Pro fessional. I'm so disappointed in myself for using their service. They are a scam. Be careful of them. They give you a cheap price, but they don't do a damn thing. They need to get out of the business instead of lying and taking consumer's money for something that they didn't do.
