called another plumber
So, finally, they fixed the pipe and then I had a contractor replace my flooring. I thought that was it. So I thought.
My son"s bathroom was leaking in to my garage. Diamond Head Plumbing was able to come the next day. WARREN WAS THE NICE PROFESSIONAL THAT CAME. He fixed it and asked anything else you need help with? so I had him do a few things in my bathroom. (replace the drains). He never charged his time for going back to the shop to pick up the toilet. Got invoice in the mail and is was less then I expected. Hats off to DHP.
I don't know where to begin. They removed the flooring of the room and told me that the cost of the work would be higher due to the hard rocks underneath. They raised the cost to double and because I wanted to get it done I went ahead with the project.
Caused a plug up and later said sorry--no guarantee
A few years later I noticed that our water bill had gone way up. So I checked all the usual suspects and even had a plumber come in to check the situation. That cost me even more money to have the whole thing checked. After much investigation he concluded that the work that was done earlier may have leaked.
Some of the plumbers are great and really care but the company buys inferior parts and short cuts their work.
I called this plumbing company to fix a leaking pipe under the floor and got a nightmare that became worse and worse. The cost of the whole undertaking cost me thousands of dollars and led to more expenses. I wish that I had gone to another company instead.

Instead of calling Diamond Head Plumbing I called another plumbing company who repaired the leaking pipe. And the cost to do the job was a whole lot less even with the soil underneath being stabilized. I should have gone with the other company to begin with.
From the Dispatcher to the Plumber who came on site, Diamond Head was professional, courteous and did a great job. Plus, it was an emergency! They took care of things within just a few hours.
