Curtis was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helped me answer any questions I had as well as showed me what to do next time if I run into this again. I highly recommend him again if there is something else I need fixed. He was awesome! He went above and beyond my expectations.
I had multiple plumbing issues that John fixed in a timely manner. The biggest issue was a leaking shower valve that needed replacing. John replaced the entire piping system and installed a new faucet and shower head. Then he fixed a continuously running toilet and a leaking garbage disposal. He provided quality workmanship. When he initially provided the estimates, he said they were higher because they perform quality work. I received another estimate that was considerably higher so I went with Roto-Rooter. I'm glad I did and am happy with the work done.
The dispatcher provided impeccable service. I spoke with Candice and she was very understanding. I rescheduled my appointment 3 times since I could not get my relatives to show at the property. And she understood and patiently rescheduled my service appointment. Great job also on the leak under sink. Took only 1/2 hour to complete.
