After I screwed up what was supposed to be an easy installation, I wound up with a frozen valve, leaks and water dripping down from my kitchen ceiling. I called Hawaii Kai Plumbing and the lady sent Tim within an hour.
I called to have some work done and the lady on the phone was totally rude and unhelpful. Nevertheless I made an appointment, and then they didn't show up!! When I called back, the lady was rude again, and said that I was going to have to pay $60 just to get an estimate.
He did a completely professional job, showed me where I went wrong and made sure that I was complexly satisfied.
