So first things first. Park where the zoo parking is! It’s the cheapest $1 an hour! And super close to the beach. Water is beautiful, a little crowded but just hop in the water! It has sandy bottoms until about 8-10ft out then you hit rocks. So wear water shoes!Wifey and I️ brought snorkel stuff and saw tons of fish decent sized ones careful though it gets pretty shallow. It was awesome though!! Plus there’s little to no tides! They have stuff to rent here as well! ( unrelated, paddle board, snorkel stuff etc.) great surrounding area as well! Restaurants and bars over looking the beach!

Beautiful beach but I give 3 stars for all the coral near the beach. Hard to walk on for one thing but more still there are large coral boulders 6" under the surface and very hazardous for surfing. Feel there could be more adequate warning signs on the beach.

This beach it's really cool. Right nest to restaurants and stores in the city. There's surfing, swimming, and sun bathing. The water is very clear also. The bad thing is it's really hard to find somewhere to park. But the beach is huge! I really enjoyed it. Would definitely go back. There is a lot of rocks in the water though.

It was good. I was on the eastern edge of it and it was pretty rocky. The waves were not what we hard hoped either. The water was perfect. So warm. We were in the water for about an hour up until just after sunset. It was like trying to get our of a warm tub onto a cold bathroom even though it wasn't cold out.

More locals than tourists. One snack bar that serves beer. Two public restrooms and 2 showers. Beach is half the depth of waikiki no play pools. Large park/grass area.
