I decided on Neal's Carpet Cleaning this time after reviewing his website. Neal himself came out with industry standard equipment which you would expect to see from a carpet cleaning professional. He had multiple steps to the cleaning, even using a carpet scrubber machine which he says others no longer use. My carpets definitely benefited from that step in the cleaning. First he vacuumed the carpets. Next he sprayed shampoo. He also sprayed problem areas extra. Then he used the industrial buffer/scrubber machine. Finally, he used an industrial looking hot water steamer extractor. The carpets are awesome now! Im glad i called him and his reasonable rate was worth every penny. I work hard and I deserve clean carpets in my house. Neal helped me get that. Thanks brother.
Neal turned out to do a fantastic job on my carpets in my house. My carpets are white colored and from 1989. I have three dogs. You can imagine how dirty the carpets were. They also smelled in areas. It was about time I had them cleaned again. I had used another guy before who only had a small carpet cleaner device that I coulda rented from Safeway myself. The carpets looked good right after but after they dried they looked the same, stained, and were smelly still.
