just bought a moped from these guys (main reason being they answered their phone and they called back when i left a message..unlike the other guys), liked the free delivery and the fact that I had an issue opening the gas cap and they drove out to kailua and showed me how to open it.
to be better quality. I kept having brake problems and then my rear tire started to roll slower. It was very difficult to reach them and I must have called at least 6 times over a period of 8 days. They never answer their phone and when they finally answered they told me I needed a service check. I just bought this thing 2 months prior and I found out the front brake didn't work, the rear wheel gear gut stock and my fuel gauge stopped working. They kept blaming me for all the problems. I later found out that this moped is actually made in China sold it for $700.00 because it would cost me $400.00 to fix it because theyPacific Mopeds never fixed it. What a piece of junk. Go elsewhere than deal with these con artists

I had the opportunity to test drive a friend's moped while visiting Hawaii late last year, and liked it enough to go take a look at Pacific Moped's web site. Wow! They have a nice selection of scooters, and offer free delivery anywhere in Hawaii. I'd be sold, but unfortunately I'm on the main land, East Coast. Let me know when Pacific Mopeds creates an 'Atlantic Mopeds' sister company!
