We use this service a lot, and have never had a problem before tonight, we ordered food at 7 (with an estimated 60 minute wait time), we always track the order status so said food was" preparing for delivery" then it went back to "food being prepared".. needless to say two hours after originally ordering the food the food is now on its way... i do understand stuff happens but as a customer i would greatly appreciate if there is an issue with the food and it had to be remade to be informed of that not just that they are "running behind" and that they are on the way because CLEARLY i already knew that, food being delivered 2 hours after it originally was being cooked is not acceptable.. it will probably be a while before we use them again

Great assortment of restaurants, excellent service and recommendations from RSIP team. Our company used RSIP to cater lunches for large meetings this week and they were terrific. Will be our "go to" caterer going forward. Very easy to browse and order. Food is delivered on time, too.
