Good impression with phone call.
The process was quick, but the staff members on duty were not friendly. Especially the lady at the passport window, her mannerism in speaking was not very professional. It was like she was yelling at me. I could not wait to get out of there. They were a bad representation of what the Korean people are like, sad to say. I was really friendly and just needed clarification on a few things, but they seemed really irritated with me. If you need a passport, don't do it here. And if you need a visa, do it through mail.
