i should have not write good grade on your survey paper when i was there to renew my passport..to be fair i thought you guys were doing good service when i was there, not until after more than a month of waiting for my new passport to be released..its taking forever and please...illl say it again please stop passing me to that outorecording voice operator every time im calling you to ask my for my passport.. we are in US. not in philippines..

i am very disappointed with your services. my husband renewed his passport in your office and even asked for an extension of his old passport so he could travel but unfortunately some countries would rather have the actual new passport than the one with the renewal. the consulate was informed of this and the consulate is supposed to inform the recipient ASAP that their passport has arrived in Honolulu but instead he has to call because we were wondering what took so long for the passport to arrive since we also need to send the original updated passport to secure a visa for his business visit to other countries just to learn that it was already in the consulate for more than a week. Now we're face with the fact that he can't make it to the very important business trip. let me ask you this, do you consider this a good service to your kababayan?
