I went to Doctor Jiuliano for my broken wrist. He did a fantastic job. I had no pain throughout most of the recovery and it has healed very nicely. Everything from the operation, to therapy, to follow up appointments were right on and I had no problems. His staff provided excellent service and we're friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Jiuliano and am glad he was my doctor.
I cannot say enough about how great Dr. Jiuliano and his team are. Very professional and timely. They treated my unusual case with optimism and the Doctor was able to free me from years of scar tissue prison. I am very grateful and would recommend this doctor to anyone with this area of need. We have seen him several times for hand pain and related shoulder pain and found him to be very responsive, effective, kind, and very competent. Highly recommend him!
Jiuliano seemed like a nice guy, he also seems like he knows what he's talking about. But so far the experiences I've had with his receptionist is the reason for the bad review. I was told my appointment was at 1245 but ended up waiting well over an hour to be seen. I've called his office many times and almost every time, no one answers the phone. I've had two appointments on consecutive days and both were canceled due to an important surgery. I don't know about you but I've never heard of a life threatening hand surgery. I'm just a regular guy I work Monday through Friday and I can't afford to keep taking off from my job or being delayed for hours. I work for the government and they don't allow cell phones with cameras where I work, so I missed their call saying they have a surgery that will cancel my appointment, then when I call them back at three they don't answer, and worst yet their inbox is full so I can't leave a message telling them to call me back. I just want some consistency.
I was previously treated by another doctor for my wrist pain. The only treatment option offered to me were steroid injections. The injections didn't resolve my wrist pain at all. I thought I would just have to deal with the wrist pain. It was affecting my daily activities and making my work difficult to do. I saw Dr. Jiuiano and he took the time to explain in the detail the cause of my wrist pain and my treatment options. I had surgery and my wrist pain was resolved. Dr. Jiuliano even took care of my other wrist pain. Overall very nice and extremely busy guy. If an establishment busy with a lot of customers or patients, I take that as a good sign. Shows they come highly regarded and have lots of experience.
