I went to dr. Pien with a number of puzzling symptoms. Weight loss, neuropathy, abdominal pain. Dr. Pien was thorough, patient, took time to listen to my concerns, ran comprehensive tests and ensured I understood what the plan was. His staff was very responsive and called me back, and was willing to listen and humor even some of my more outlandish self-diagnoses (when you are sick and Google symptoms, it's amazing what you can come up with. ). Yes the office is busy, a testimony to his skill, but they are efficient and pleasant at all times. I feel better and I have a follow up appointment to make sure things are on track. Aim a patient and customer. This doctor spoke rude to me. I simply asked for instruction how to take medication. He sharply answered with additude. When I asked to fill out paper work he sharply replied " I will only fill this out once if it's not satisfactory I need to go to my pcp. I generally believe to be nice especially to ill people. Healthy people don't see doctors. Wake up and wise up. Look whom you are servicing!
