Horrible customer service and a garbage branch, the employee entered the wrong information for a loan and then Navy Federal failed to honor it. Will definitely be closing the wife and my accounts. Recommend going to another credit union.
This location only - Great service when you can get it. Wait times for simple transactions are rediculously long - Over 20 minutes with 7 people in front of you and 3 transaction windows open. If you need a notary from this branch, you might as well pay $5 elsewhere unless you want to waste 1 hour of your time waiting with no line ahead of you. I don't know why the only Notary would be someone that is tied up for a long period of time.
The wait is ridiculous at times. I’ve seen 20+ people waiting at times. However the facility is nice and the bank’s policies and fees are better than most other banks.
Navy Federal you suck. Been a member since 2007 and recently your service has gone to nothing. Your check hold policy on payroll checks are stupid. Bank of Hawaii is a better bank. Again NFCU you suck.
I was trying to get documentation for Immigration Services to prove my wife and I had a household and that our marriage was real. Without explaining this in detail I asked the front desk attendant that I needed to speak with a bank rep. in the back so I could get a memorandum about my joint bank accounts and copies of bank account statements. The bank is packed and everyone can hear our conversation. She tells me they can't write me a memo and presses me about the statements. I divulge that I'm trying to prove to USIS that I have a good faith marriage. She then tells me that I don't need the bank statements, and she know this because she deals with this all the time. She then tries to explain to me what I need with a attitude. Please don't presume to know what my situation is and what I need. I've called USIS and they can't tell me exactly what I need, they say just send what you can and what the letter asks for. The letter asks for bank statements. In the end I ended up getting the statements but the arrogance cockiness of the front desk attendant was unnecessary. How else can I prove I have a real house hold if not through financial transactions?? the Lady had no clue what she was talking about.
