I've been at other storage units and this place surpasses all of them. The place is spotless, the a/c is cool (which was not the case in other facilities) the service is great and the location is easily accessible by car or bus. I live on the other side of town where there are many other storage units closer but I came back to this one after realizing their benefits. The price is affordable and the units and grounds are secure. The lighting is situated so that I do not end up in the dark working in my unit as I did in another place I was in. Hours are sufficient for most people and the internet access for payments and the reminders have saved me hundreds in late fees! I also am now on one of their computers which I get to use! Great Job!
My husband and I recently started renting out a storage unit here. Although we pay a little more than our previous storage unit, it was worth the switch. The reason why we chose to change from our previous storage unit was primarily because of the hours and location. At our previous storage unit there were a lot of bums in the area and it was always hard to access our storage during the weekday because they closed so early. Dillingham Self Storage is just 5 minutes from where we live and they are open till 9p.m. They are awesome here… Great customer service, there's A.C., the building is well maintained, clean and secure.

My Experience was welcoming. The staff really cares for their customers. The facility is very clean and secure. The lighting is awesome as well as air conditioned.
