Lots of crafts here which was kind of surprising, if you want to find some home made goods, also there are a lot of food options available. Overall it's a pretty quality activity to spend time at. It's fun.
Place is great for Hawaiian treats and souvenirs. Got an awesome large cow bone hook for the best price I have ever seen. Got a great suitcase for $50 less than the exact same thing at a store in Honolulu. Definitely a must see experience while in town.
Many vendors and lots of inexpensive Hawaii tee shirts and sweat shirts and great souvenirs for a good price!
It's $1/per person to enter. Arrived at 2:10pm and about half of the vendors were already packed up even though it doesn't end until 3pm. All the vendors I saw had the same items repetitively, but decent prices and a lot of items actually made in Hawaii. My husband bought a 100% cotton Hawaiian print shirt actually made in Hawaii for $12.
An interesting event, but one that I probably won’t do again. Some of the booths were neat - the local fruit booth (mango, pineapples, coconuts), the made in Hawaii products such as shirts and dresses, the sweet bread and associated products.... the majority of the other trinkets were made in China and not super awesome. And the marketing of “over 400 booths” is just that - marketing. I would guess 370 of the booths are just repeats. Once you’ve seen two sections of the “ring” of merchants, you’ve seen 90%+ of the booths as they all have the same products at the same price. Ehh.......
