I went to Velocity to test drive the Alpha Romeo SUV; Tamara & Roger provided an informative and relaxing experience. Although we did not purchase the Alpha Romeo SUV, we are excited to return for a test drive in the Alpha Romeo 4C for my fiance. Although Velocity is the only dealership that sells the Alpha Romeo (and they monopolize the market) they still make you feel valued and appreciated without the pressure to make a decision on the spot.
My son, husband, and I like to come by on the weekends so that we can drool over all the nice cars. Every time we come in, the cars are different! Everyone there is super welcoming and friendly. Jessica, from the Concierge, is the sweetest! The first time we came in, she greeted us with a smile, gave us waters without asking, and inquired if we needed any assistance from a salesperson. She even took us on a tour of the whole building! She even remembers that my husband likes his coffee black, mine with 2 creams and a sugar, and my son - apple juice! WOW! Jessica also handles reservations for luxury rental cars and works with loaner cars in service. My husband brought his car in for service the other day and got a loaner car, but was too shy to ask for her. Lol! He worked with Case who was also really friendly and accommodating! They offer super personalized service here and we truly appreciate it.
I had the pleasure to visit Velocity Honolulu today and from the beginning to the end of my stay I was impressed by everything. Their personnel from the Valet concierges all the way up to the executives were a dream. The overall atmosphere is nothing but positive, helpful and personal. It was great fun to walk through all the current auto exhibits, my favorite room so far, the Ferrari. If you are in town, treat yourself and do stop by, if you are looking for a venue for an event, I encourage you to walk in and inquire, they have all kind of rental options available. Thank you Velocity Honolulu for an extraordinary experience!!
