If you're headed to the East side of this island, this is a nice place to stop for lunch. It's a nice mall with shops, restaurants, ocean activities, theater and a market. Theres a nice view of the marina that's hidden from the parking lot. I would've rated this place higher except the buildings are showing their age and it can use some updating.
The Koko Marina was home to tons of hidden gems. I was able to try two restaurants here, Sophie's Pizza and Jhamba Juice. Both spots were a home run in my books. The best part is the beautiful view of the Marina out back. You can see the boats, the water and the mountains. There are chairs and tables set up to allow guests to enjoy their meal by the water.
Koko marina shopping center is a great small town feeling... I love meeting my home buyers here. it's a great place to live & play.
Had a great time parasailing and banana boat. The staff was very friendly and energetic. Made the experience more fun. The wait time to go back to the other location to collect our belongings was a little long. They need to get a little more organized. But overall we had a great time.
Pretty much everything you might need in this shopping center, which services the whole of Hawaii Kai. Quite congested at times, with tight parking spaces, but it's to be expected, with the theaters, dining and shopping establishments. Relatively easy entry and exit through Kalanianaole Hwy or Lunalilo Home Rd. Good place to spend some time, like the waterfront.
