I thought the selection was awesome and there were plenty of staff to help. The selection including some special editions were unmatchable. Not too much sale pricing

I've been in this store many times. I really tried to like this store for its selection of shoes. But the staff is just terrible, I'm not just saying this to be heard or to make this place look bad. But if you walk into any store, you greet customers, let them browse for a bit, ask them if they need help. Don't just crowd around the register area, talking story and not do your job. You don't get paid to talk story, or make friends. You get paid to help people with what they are looking for. Especially if you work in this type of work environment. At least learn about what your selling, don't try to sell me stuff you have no idea about, just because it just arrived in the store. I cant understand there are so many people working at one time, yet no one wants to offer help. I shouldn't have to ask you for help, REMEMBER, "Customers provide you with a paycheck" if we don't buy products, the company won't make money, which means you don't get paid. I have no Idea what is wrong with the staff here, or who the hell is hiring these people, but if your going to hire staff with no experience in this field, don't put an experience section on your application. If your gonna hire random people, who lack customer service skills and have no idea what your store is selling. Why even hire them in the first place?

Secondly, I really have no idea how this place makes money, with shoes that have been sitting on the shelves for 6 months and has no markdowns? There really is no point in shopping here, with Champs Sports and footlocker in the mall as well, with better pricing and staff members, At least the people in both stores are always friendly and willing to "Help"... Get your act together Shoe Palace, you website says your pride yourself with customer service, Ive seen better sayings from the "As Seen On TV " products.

If I could give it no stars I would. I've been in there a couple times now. First time I was thr only person there and wasn't even greeted with a hello or nothing. Second time I was there the dude acted like I didn't exist. Now the new yeezys are coming out and this is the only place on island that may get them and they aren't answering the phones at all. I called 4 times just trying to inquire, with no answer. Terrible customer service. 2 thumbs down

I'm in love with place. Staff was awesome, very helpful. Shoes sometimes don't have your right size but they always have a .5 Size larger or smaller.

Shady guys. Backdooring shoes that are meant for people who entered the raffle.
