KALAKAUA IS THE BEST IN THE WORLD.
I was an eighth grader there in 1955, when it was simply Kalakaua Intermediate. As one of only two haoles in the entire school, I was beaten up at least once a week. Not a pleasant memory.
Its the the best school ever i attended for 6 and 7th grade, but i moved to cali and compared to the schools here Kalakaua is personally way better than any school in California. The people are friendlier and the classes are awesome. Also the teachers and staff are so nice. I miss Hawaii, i want to move back so bad but i'm stuck here unfortunately.
I am attending 6th grade here now and so far it is awsome pearsonally. I don't know about others but it is awsome
