I just help out an elderly 80 year old lady with just about many kinds of ways she needed: renting an apartment, calling the police, take her to hospitals, take her to her doctors, help her buy grocery, feed her dinners / meals, help her pay her bills, etc...even though she has a half sister and 1 half nephew and 1 half niece. For over a year, she has always reminded to pay her rent to Urban Real Estate Company on time (a clean record) and somehow for this month of April, she forgot all about it… Being at 80 years old, sometimes I guess a mistake was made (human error) and Mr. Harris Zane from Urban Real Estate was so understanding in waiving the late fee for her because she was sincerely asking for it to be removed. I do recommend any renters out there to consider renting from Urban Real Estate Company's rentals as they work with you to solve problems if any arise.
