It was a great pleasure working with Coleen which is why I want to post a comment on this site. I just moved to Honolulu because of the family and because of the Honolulu School District being one of the top ones...A friend had already recommend Colleen so I thought I would check her out along with some other real estate agents. There was really no need to see anybody else, since she impressed me right from the beginning. First we found out exactly what mortgage I could get, and how much I could afford. Then Colleen took the time to assess our exact needs and wants and only came up with offers that were matching all of the above. At no time did she try to upsell us to a more expensive property, or something that did not make our list. Colleen constantly reminded us of her availability to show us properties as often as we needed to make sure we get the right fit. At the end when it came to contract negotiations, she was extremely professional and got us everything we asked for.
Not sure they understand real estate or appraisals, very dissatisfied, horrible appraisal
