Kinga was very professional helping us to find a condo for the first time. She was always punctual with the appointment time being there 10 minutes early and was very knowledgeable about the market. We went to several open houses and she was patiently with us all the time, pointing out the good and the bad of the units we looked at. We really did not know the process of purchasing a real estate but she guided us step by step and was always on with due dates of contracts kindly reminding us from time to time. There were a lot of documents to sign along the way, and she explained each of them to us in detail what we were signing for. When we were negotiating with the seller, Kinga also thought some of the conditions of the agreement were too much into favor of the seller, so she negotiated on our behalf to make it fair. It seems common, but I think it is hard to find a sales professional to always think on our side and help. I definitely recommend Kinga to help purchase your home.
