He and his staff lobbied for us and got us the terms we needed to close our deal. The best part was that he had buyers for our house in 48 hours. Enough said! Highly recommended!

HE IS ALSO CONNECTED TO FIRST AMERICAN TITLE WHO COMES TO YOUR HOUSE FOR CLOSING. ADDITIONALLY, HE COULD RECOMMEND YOU TO INTELLIGENT PEOPLE, IN OTHER AREAS, E.G., TAXES AND ESTATE PLANNING. MOST IMPORTANTLY, HE TRAINS HIS STAFF TO FOLLOW UP IF A CUSTOMER WHOSE SALE WAS CLOSED NEEDS A FINAL CLOSING STATEMENT FOR TAX PURPOSES. HAVE YOU EVER HEARD OF SOMEONE TO STILL REMEMBERS YOU AFTER A TRANSACTION IS CLOSED? I NEVER HEARD IN MY LIFETIME OF THIS GESTURE. IT'S A TERRIFIC SENSE OF GOODWILL! Typical bad service for his clients and buyers, made appointment to show us a house and never shows up and intended NOT to show up the tenant said she had not heard from him all day. SO he never even let her know we where coming. Then he never even had the professionalism to return calls or emails. Thank you for wasting our time.
One word "OUTSTANDING" finally a realtor who will save you money. Jeffrey Samuels one flat fee is what you want if you are tired of paying between 20K - 50K in realtor fees.
