2 great instructors! Carlton & Elliot make learning fun and enjoyable. The staff is amazing too. Susan and Maria really care about students. They follow up, help with study, study groups and cram material.
Carlton and Eliot are amazing teachers. They have so much experience and share real life examples to help us learn these concepts. Highly recommend.
What I like the most is that it's small enough to have personalized attention. I really think for real estate schools in Hawaii iNet is one of the best. Check it out.

Took this class back in October of 2015. The class is a month long and meets every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. The instructors are amazing! Know that you'll be in the very capable and knowledgable hands of Carlton and Elliot! They'll take that huge book and condense it into exactly what you need to know for the test. They even offer a money back guarantee and they'll also hire the cream of the crop from the classes that go through here so study hard and work for the best company ever!!!!
Great experience!! The instructors are very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. They take the time to answer your questions as make sure you understand the material. The classes are structured so that everyone is involved, from group discussions to online quizzes. It creates an atmosphere where you feel comfortable and are engaged in the learning process. I took the final on Saturday and passed. Today, I passed the state exam!!!
I visited inet Realty Hawaii Real Estate School today because my friend recommended. Staff welcome me and very knowledgeable on VA loans and also, very friendly. Facility is brand new and very comfortable. I decided today to signed up for April 2017 class and after I recieved my license, I definitely ask them I can work for inet Realty.
