Hawaii Life Realtor - Erik Hinshaw
My husband and I just closed on our condominium in downtown Honolulu last month. After doing a lot of research over the internet from Florida, we selected 3 realtors to decide upon to help us purchase our condo. We narrowed the choice down to Erik Hinshaw of Hawaii Life because of his professionalism, knowledge of what we were looking for, and going above and beyond what we expected from a realtor. We did a lot of talking over the phone; and lots of listings were sent to me by Erik. We started this process about 4 months before we actually flew over. This helped in letting Erik get to know our priorities, likes and dislikes. We flew over in November and were amazed at what he had to show us. We were very impressed with what he had lined up for us during our 5 days that we spent with him and how much that the listings fit our needs. Erik had previewed one condo that we had seen listed on the internet and told us we would love it. He was on the money! We wrote an offer on the condo while we were here, and it was accepted. We closed over the internet with Erik Hinshaw taking care of all of the details for us. When we actually moved, he even offered to pick us up at the airport with 4 suitcases, two dogs, and us in tow! He is a realtor that will follow through to the end and beyond the closing. If we ever look for another place in Honolulu, we would chose Erik Hinshaw again in a heartbeat. He truly was the best!
