I rented a corporate apartment from this company for four months. I could not get my mail for the first month and a half because the company wouldn’t provide a mail box key. The apartment was supposed to be furnished, but I could not get sheets for the beds for two months, and I never managed to get pillowcases before I left the apartment. The company would not provide oversight for repair work the owners requested to be done in the apartment; I had to stay home to ensure that workers didn’t take my personal possessions, even though this work was not required by me. This company wrote in the rental agreement that I would get my deposit back within 14 days, which did not happen as they kept it for two months in violation of the agreement waiting for an electrical bill from the owners because they wouldn’t let me sign up for the utilities. Rent from them at your own risk, you have been warned.
